​Welcome to my home bakery, where passion meets creativity! I'm Patray, a self-taught pastry enthusiast from The Hague on a mission to create sweet treats that are just the right amount of sweetness!

 

My adventure began while navigating the joys of motherhood and craving scrumptious, wholesome desserts for my family.​​ After nearly 20 years as a digital designer, I’ve found a new canvas in the world of patisserie. In this year 2025, thanks to the enthusiasm of my family, I turn this hobby into a venture - Atelier Edulis, aiming to channel my creativity into every bake. To me, each treat is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, and I hope to share these sweet creations with you.
